How mnay pounds of grapes will you need?
A hundred and twenty pounds (120) will make approximately 5 US Gallons (25 bottles) of finished Wine.

We are located on Boondock Trail, Fair Play CA, yes, it is a gravel road and rough, but fun like Safari fun. Fifty minutes from Placerville, CA.

Estimated time for harvest last week of September or early part in October. If you are new to wine making you may want to check the El Dorado Home Winemaking web page, there is lots of advice and help there.
